I regularly create style sheets and help enhance editorial production workflows. I also have working knowledge of common legal and copyright issues in public-facing materials.

My clients include published authors, professors, activists, PhD students, and people who would never call themselves writers. Each client has unique goals, needs, and metrics for success. This diverse experience has honed my ability to pinpoint problems and find solutions for every project I’ve worked on—from deep structural feedback, all the way to the final proofread. I’m also a writer myself; I too have an editor.

Rate and schedule

I’m based in New York, but I work with people all over the globe. Because I am a full-time freelancer, I have flexible working hours and can often accommodate quick turnaround times. I am often contracted for ongoing editorial support as well as for specific discrete projects. I offer hourly and flat project rates, depending on the budget and scope of the project. Generally, my rates adhere to those outlined by the Editorial Freelancers Association.
